Clarence Gilmore Boggie was convicted of
murder in 1935 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was pardoned in
1948 when evidence pointed to his innocence.
Geither Horn was convicted of first
degree murder in 1935 and sentenced to life imprisonment. He was freed
by a federal judge in 1959 because his confession had been forced.
